iSpeech is a lightweight tool that converts the text you write into the words you hear in real-time, using the Apple-made voices that come pre-installed with macOS. It takes an existing functionality and makes it even easier to use while highlighting words as theyre spoken. The intuitive options page allows the speed, pitch, modulation, volume, and voice to be easily customized to suit any situation.
